Bugfixes

Along with the tomorrow's maintenance there will be a few bugfixes on Exodus.
The house rents will be charged weekly. The price of the weekly rent will be 500 gold coins for each SQM and the money should be available in the depot of the house owner.
The raids will become automatic and will occur more often. When these invasions occur warning messages will be displayed. Such raids include pirates, The Horned Fox, Necropharus and Demodras.
The death penalty will be fixed. The vocation won't have influence on the death penalty anymore. All players will have a 7% death penalty, each blessing will decrease the death penalty by 1%. Therefore, a player with all the 5 blessings will have a death penalty of only 2%.
